Exchange Policy
We unfortunately do not offer refunds or store credit. We do however have a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. If your exchange request is approved, you can exchange your unwanted item for a different item of equal value. You will still be required to cover the costs of shipping for your exchange order. We apologize for this inconvenience.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start an exchange, you can contact us at hi@gooddaywear.com. If your exchange request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Accepted Reasons for an Exchange
- Recieved an incorrect Item
- Product is damaged
Please specify in your email for which of the above reasons you wish to initiate an exchange.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, items purchased using a discount or sale code, or gift cards.
